What’s barbecue without a classic Santa Maria steak? The Santa Maria BBQ style dates back to the mid-1800s, when local ranchers held Spanish-style feasts for their vaqueros, and we’ve worked to preserve it’s authenticity in our Santa Maria steak Rub. Traditionally used for tri-tip steak, this peppery, garlicky, dry rub is also great with any cut of beef, pork, or chicken. The Santa Maria rub was born out of a spirit of fellowship and celebration, and that’s what we hope to deliver with our spin on this local treasure.
