How to Order
There are two easy ways to order our coffee products:
To place your order, follow these steps:
- To add an item to your coffee (shopping) cart, from our online store, choose a product, select preferred options (size, whole bean or ground), select a quantity, and click Add to Cart. Return to our online store to select additional products and add them to your coffee (shopping) cart.
- When you’re finished shopping, visit your coffee cart and click Proceed to Checkout.
- Fill out your checkout information, including your shipping address and billing information. If you’ve ordered with us before, most of this information may be pre-filled for you. After you complete the billing and shipping fields, click Continue to Payment and we’ll ask for your credit card information.
- Following your transaction, we’ll display an online invoice for your order and follow up with a receipt to the email address you used during checkout. Our store will notify us of your order.
- Once we process your order for shipping, we will email you a second receipt to confirm shipment of your order.
Ordering By Phone
If you prefer to order by phone, just give us a call to speak to one of our friendly customer service representatives. We will be able to serve you better if you explore our online store, write down your items, sizes, coffee types (ground or whole bean), and quantities beforehand. Then simply call us toll-free at (877) 537-3642 during our business hours.
