Our original recipe. This ultra flavorful dry rub is a perfect fusion of flavors. It is fueled by Jeremiah’s Pick Chocatal coffee, the award winning blend of dark, hand-roasted arabica coffee bean and cacao nibs, the heart of the cacao bean that imparts true chocolate taste. This ingenious blend of coffee, cacao and spices gives meats, fish and poultry a unique smoky character and delicious spicy crust that will make mouths water for more. Chocatal Barbecue Rub is 100% natural and contains no preservatives. It’s also a great alternative to marinades when rubbed in just before grilling.
