Return Policy

Return Policy (Subject to Change)

  • Please return items as soon as possible.
  • Please enclose the invoice and write the reason for your return. Wrap the package securely and send it to our address.
  • If you no longer have the invoice, please include the reason for return, along with your name, address, and phone number to reach you if we have any questions.

Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.

We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.

Exchanges

Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
