Maintaining our tradition, Jeremiah roasts the Organic Espresso in the Northern Italian style for the sweet, buttery richness that it yields. The delicate nature of these rare and exclusive coffees are upheld at a medium roast but would be over powered by roasting it in the Southern Italian style (dark roast).
